This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Ecovyaromaal.

Return Period

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning a product because it is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges, within 5 business days.
