This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Ecovyaromaal.

Return Period

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned within the specified return period
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear
• Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning a product because it is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us using the contact information provided below to notify us of your intention to return the product
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number
4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Products returned after the return period has expired
• Gift cards and digital products
• Products that have been installed or assembled

General Legal Requirements

Under New Zealand consumer law, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded. These include:

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges, within 5 business days.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

If a product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund. We will notify you of any such decision.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
